When asked “What is life coaching?” - I am often speechless. How do I compartmentalize:

• The best decision I’ve made
• A humbling, ever-evolving journey
• Unwavering, individualized support
• Courage [& fear, & hesitation, & excitement] - a space to explore everything
• Deep connection with self
• Confidence, fostered; bold decisions made for ~me~
• Understanding and trust - realizations uncovered (again)

As a client, life coaching is a place for me to nourish deep understanding, trust, and courage in myself. I work with my coach to compassionately observe blind spots, work with fear, & celebrate victory. I have sent messages to my coach when I could not voice my truth to my significant other - I have rehearsed resignations and sent a video of my celebration dance. My life coach serves as my outlet when my intuition says this is not meant for a call with mom - this requires raw honesty only made possible in the trusted environment created after twelve months of deep, one-on-one work. My coaching intentions range from spontaneous to, “I’ve been reflecting on this for three years, and I still cannot see clearly…” I am in awe of my current life: it is authentic, true, expansive, and absolutely incredible - and I would not be here without the support of many coaches along the way.

As a coach, life coaching is my passionate service to aid others in their own possibility; it is my longing to give others permission to live lives as bold as they desire; it is my deep belief that every individual is capable of achieving their wildest dreams - and, furthermore, my deep aching for every individual to experience their life to its fullest, which is no less than that courageous dream that whispers on their nightstand. My clients are my passion because I see what happens when we dare to step into our potential; absolute magic. The journey toward authentic alignment can be overwhelming, at times - it is equally joyous and invigorating as it is uncertain and scary. Support is essential when one dares to begin - this is why I must stand with resolve at my client’s side; this is why I passionately desire to stand with resolve a try client’s side.
